One's imagination is a beautiful thing. It's a shame they don't put emphasis on developing your imagination in the workplace like they do when you are a child. When you're a child, it's imagination this, imagination that. Why does it stop after we have grown past the three foot mark?
Just a thought I'd had...thought I'd share it.
The good news is my imagination is alive and well. I guess I've tapped my inner child. I started reading the book series The Hunger Games. I can't get enough. I have a hard time putting my book down. There is something about a good book that makes everything right in the world. I love that I can sit down and for the duration I am reading my real life gets put on hold. I am completely engrossed in someone eles's world...someone else's imagination. The dishes, laundry and errands don't exist when my nose is burried in my book. My imagination is running wild as I create a picture in my mind of what I'm reading. I find it fascinating, and I love when an author can captivate my attention and I have to pry myself away to revisit my real life and wrestle with the dishes, laundry and errands.
I love that reading makes my imagination come alive.

Those books are SO amazing. I read all 3 in about 72 hours. My kids were neglected and watched A LOT of tv. Then I read them out loud to Klay when we were traveling quite a bit finding housing and doing school interviews. They are the only books I've ever read more than once and I read all 3 twice!
I miss you Holly! I know we were never really THAT close but I always felt like you were such a good friend and so thoughtful. I wish we lived closer! I'm glad we at least get to keep in touch through blogs!
Oops, that was me. (I'm sure you figured it out.) Second time in 2 days I've done that, I should check before I hit publish next time!
